Lightroom: Doesn't launch (Win)

Lightroom desn't launch anymore.
I previously received an error of corrupted catalog, I choose to reapir either to create a new one but it didn't opened anymore.
I tried to unistall and reinstall, deleting preferences, catalogs, any sort of suggestion I found.
No way.
In windows task manager I can see that Lightroom process (one or multiple processes if I try to launch it again) remains in hang, but if I kill it nothing changes.
I paid for a software I need to complete a job and I cannot use it.

I have LR freeze too when I attempt a second import within the same LR session. It must have to do with the catalog management. To get out of this freeze I can generally kill LR from task manager, but sometimes, as you say, there is an instance of LR that will not go away, unless I restart the PC. As long as that instance of LR is in memory, it's impossible to restart LR.
Only way to work in that stage, is to succeed in killing LR, either from task manager, which is possible most of the time but not always, or exit and restart windows. Your problem seems to be worse, but there are still a lot of common symptoms.

I had to start from a blank catalog to be able to restart Lightroom, even after pc reboot.
I moved the old catalog to another folder but If I try to import from it Lightroom crashes again.
I fear my previous work is definitively lost...

If you go to Help > System Info... what version is listed in the first line? How big it the problematic catalog? If I could get a copy I could pass along to our engineers to troubleshoot.
