A screenshot or a brief description might help, don’t you think?

While you're understandably frustrated, please watch your language as this is an international family site.

Tell us a bit more about what's happening. For a start, Mac or Windows? When you say it gets destroyed, what exactly happens?

Of course. Everything in life can be a source of frustration. We still have to be careful with our language though.

My dearest apologies I get frustrated easily at times. Quite simple is when I’m trying to straighten my photos. The photo somehow corrupts and becomes big large pixels or solid black.

Where are you posting from? What kind of browser and device? I've heard very rare reports of that happening, but I've never been able to reproduce it. (The software here is a company called Get Satisfaction, not Adobe code).

That sounds a lot like a graphics card driver bug Ricardo. Are you on Windows? Try going to Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor and see if it still happens. If that fixes it, checking the manufacturer's website for an updated driver would be next in line.

It’s def not that. It’s on the iPad mobile version.

It has happened three times so far. The only way to get the photo back is to delete and reupload.

Oh ok, that's far more useful detail. So take us through the exact steps. I don't remember seeing any other reports of this issue, so the more detail, the better the chances of finding a solution.

How has the photo got to the iPad (e.g. it was captured on my iPhone X and synced to the iPad, or I synced it from Lightroom Classic, etc.)

And then have you edited the photo using sliders? Or you've gone straight to Crop? Has it had any other crop applied?

And then, when it goes all blocky, is that just in the crop tool, or does that show everywhere? And if you then look at the same photo in the web interface at https://lightroom.adobe.com, does it look blocky there too?
