Lightroom Desktop not syncing

So my Lightroom Desktop app on the computer no longer syncs with the cloud.  It has been trying to sync 42 pictures for about 24 hours and hasn't synced a single one.  I've checked my connection, restarted the program, restarted my computer.  Still it won't sync.  Love having a cloud based software where the cloud part doesn't work.

Please go to Help>System Info... and get us your exact installed Lightroom version number?
Additionally what is your OS version number.

Try going to https://lightroom.adobe.com and seeing if you have any sync issues reported via the web interface.

I am having the same issue and have tried restarting and reinstalling. I went to adobe.com and saw one photo that was having sync issues and deleted it. All other photos appear to be at the adobe.com, but I really cant confirm as there are well over 1,000 photos and I don't have a photographic memory.

Am running Version 3.3 Build 20200611-1039-7df19f1

Windows 10 Home
Version 1903 Build 18362.900

Thank you for your help.

Can you please post a screenshot of your sync dialog? (Click on the Cloud icon to reveal the dialog)

Yes. You are not connected to Adobe servers. Is your internet working? Do you have a firewall/router software potentially blocking access?
