Lightroom Desktop: Export - Presets and File Name Collisions

What I am immediately missing in the export functionality of Lightroom Desktop:

1. Support for custom presets
Presets - especially of the output size - are incredibly useful when frequently exporting for different purposes. For example, I have presets for the various social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and my own and other websites, each assigned with the preferred image size, various watermark settings, etc. Custom presets would make those exports a much more streamlined process.

2. File name collisions
Right now it appears that if a file already exists, LR always just adds _n to the output filename, increasing n until it is satisfied. I sometimes change my mind about an edit, or realize I didn't use the right image size (even easier now without presets) and want to re-export, overwriting the original file. I understand that maybe the nuclear option we had in Classic (Overwrite WITHOUT WARNING) caused too many people to shoot themselves in the foot, but at least an Ask what to do would be great.

3. Better file name handling
This is not quite as important to me as the first two points, but the current choice of output file names is somewhat limited. My output file names have been project keyword_date+time_original sequence number.ext (for example "adidas2020_20190317110529_0479.tif") and this has proven extremely useful in the past in follow-up conversations with clients. It is easy enough to rename files using an external script though, so I can deal with not having this inside Lightroom.
