LIGHTROOM crop tool is difficult to control

I don't crash from using the cropping tools in LR CC but it is very difficult to control. It keeps going after I stop moving the mouse. I've had better luck using the slider for changing the angle but it is jerky. Using the straighten tool to align to something in the picture goes completely out of control. Cropping in using one of the corners also is problematic because the cropping continues after I let go of the mouse. I'm using a Wacom tablet.

I updated the Wacom drivers. Cropping works better, still jerky, but mostly controllable. The angle tool is worthless now. I plugged in my old mouse to compare and everything, cropping and angle tool, work fine. Lots of photographers use Wacom devices. This needs to be addressed. For now I will use my old mouse to edit photos in Lightroom.

The update that came from CC April 30 seems to improve things somewhat, but cropping and straightening using the Wacom tablet is still impossible. No crashes but still uncontrollable. It works as expected with a conventional mouse.
