I tried to download version 9.1 but after starting the installer ill will block at 6% download.
What can I do to get it working again?
I took a look at the email address you use on this forum and do not find any crash reports attributed to you under Classic 9.1 0r 9.0. If you use a different email address or an older version, I would not find it with this search.
Do you get a crash dialog? Is the dialog Apple or Adobe?
Regarding your installation stall, what version of the Adobe Creative Cloud App are you currently using?
Download the free Onyx (https://www.titanium-software.fr/en/onyx.html), select the Onyx version for your OS, (Catalina) download, run it, reboot.
In Onyx run almost everything in the Maintenance tab, deselecting things you may not want deleted, like Launch Services . Hit the "Options" button across from Internet and deselect more stuff like Cookies & Other Site Data, Browser History, Form Values, etc. (most of these are OFF by default). If you don’t know what something is, google it, or don’t run it, or ask me), then hit Run Tasks. After it's done it will ask for a reboot.
