Lightroom Classic STILL dog slow thanks Adobe!

Thanks for making Lightroom Classic WORSE than Lightroom CC 2015.12

Ok so every time i move white balance slider, use the transform panel, use any panel there is a delay between doing something, it is no longer in real time. there is at least a 1 second delay performing every action which makes everything impossible.

Lightroom CC does not have this problem. What can i do to fix it?

Are you using 4K display? Try and run it on 1080
What CPU you are you using? Lightroom is known to be slower on high end cups.
Please install the latest gpu drivers.
Is your gpu acceleration is on?
Are you using smart previews?

If you can I would switch to Capture one. They are super fast have superior raw processing but thier 'library module' is behind lightroom, no publish services and no plugins. if your workflow can cope with that I would give it a go.

My spec is 4K nvidia 980Ti i7 5690X 8 Core 4.7Ghz 64GB ram two m.2 ssds one for catalog drive and one for OS drive, Windows 10. My raw files are 80MP phase one.

Lightroom Classic CC is faster on my machine compared to the old version 2015.12.

I forgot to mention. VERY IMPORTANT if you have a wacom pen you must untick the use windows ink in the mapping tab otherwise it will cause this 1-2 seconds delay on the sliders.
