same problem here, flags from lr-mobile-android are sync with lightroom-cc and lightroom.adobe.com, but not with the latest version of lightroom-classic-cc.
you can find many other threads here in this forum about the sync-problems...
i hope adobe find a solution soon...

i have found a solution. The 7.5 has a bug. I have installed 7.4 and all of my edits that are done
on my mobile are now syncing to my LR classic. I hope this helps.

Greetings Jesse,

For the situation you describe, the most common causes for the Lightroom Classic Desktop App failing to sync are:

1. The Lightroom Classic CC app is not logged into the same Adobe ID as the Lightroom CC Ecosystem. (Help>Sign Out(adobeid)
2. The currently open Lightroom Classic CC catalog is not the catalog, you've specified for syncing. (Only one catalog can sync with your Adobe ID at a time)
3. Syncing is paused in the Lightroom Classic CC App

Click on your Identity Plate to verify you are logged in and that syncing is not paused. If you see the word "Start" on the Syncing area it means you've designated a different catalog for syncing.

Rikk, roll back to 7.4. solve the problem, changes in lr-mobile-android or lightroom.adobe.com are synced to lr-classic-cc again.

Do you agree that there is a bug in 7.5?

Not necessarily, HannesKa.  Often aberrant behavior can be rectified by a simple uninstall and reinstall. Reverting a version is essentially the same thing. All that tells us is that a reinstall cured the issue - not where the issue lay. To confirm as a bug, this is what is required.

You would need to uninstall 7.4
Restart your computer
Install 7.5
Restart your computer
Launch Lightroom and wait 5 minutes.
Attempt to reproduce the suspected bug.

If you can repeat, we would need additional information from you: Adobe ID, Log Files and a set of reproducible steps. With that information I or the engineering staff would attempt to reproduce. If we could, then a bug is filed. Since this is a sync issue - reproducible steps are often hard to come by as everyone's sync catalogs are quite different. In that case log information and Adobe ID are crucial to identifying a potential bug.
