Lightroom Classic CC - Photo > Enhance Details renders raw file with added strange patterns in pruple

UI of function works, however already in the preview window the rendering is purple with strange banding like patterns.

I tested with several .orf and .pef files, the resulting pattern is a bit different in each file, but non is correctly rendered

Function works on my very old laptop, but not on the desktop

The Windows PC is updated, LR does not show any errors.

Have you checked with Intel for an update to your 530 Graphics Driver? I believe they have a beta version posted that corrects some rendering issues. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

Hi there,
many thanks, now it works as designed. I always update my drivers using the MS driver tools. But they did not show any updates.

Using the link to intel brought me to a page with a new set of drivers. I used the latest final version and now Enhance Detail works on the system as designed.

However using the workaround I found another bug in Enhance Details

System  used and workflow used fro Enahce Detail:

Windows Laptop and Windows Desktop
raw files are stored on an external drive connected to desktop
LR is used on the laptop (same LR Version)
raw files are imported to LR on Laptop
Enhance Detail is started with the files on the Desktop Drive
Enhace Details is working

now the bug (
Enahce Details does not store the dng files without any error message

I checked the system and the drive did not have enough access rights for the laptop to write data, but LR should send an error message "not abel to store file"

I used enhace detail in batch mode and it worked through 20 files without any message....
