Lightroom Classic CC 7.5 - Purge Unused Keywords also delete keywords in use

Scenario:
1. Open Lightroom
2. Create New Catalog
3. Import a couple of photos
4. Create a text file with these hierarchical keywords:

Category A
 Subcategory A
  Akeyword
Category B
 Subcategory B
  Bkeyword

5. Make sure you use "tab" to indent in the text file
6. Import the text file using "Metadata ==> Import keywords..."
7. Use KeywordList to assign keyword tag "Akeyword" and "Bkeyword" to a photo
Note! Do not assign the category and subcategory tags!
8. Select one of the photos and use "Keywording" to add keyword "Test"
9. Now use "Metadata ==> Purge Unused Keywords"

10. My result is that ALL the imported keywords are deleted, but the keyword "Test" remains.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Purge unused keywords means that Lightroom will delete all those keywords from the keyword list that are not assigned to any images. Did you check that Akeyword and Bkeyword were really assigned to a photo? If they were, then this is indeed a bug.
