Lightroom Classic/Lightroom Web: Album Share Link Telling Me to Update Browser

I sent a friend a Word document containing a Lightroom Classic 8.4.1 Album Share Link. When the link in the Word document is clicked on it launches the below message screen. I tried it using FireFox 69.0.2 on my Windows 10 system and get the same message screen. However, if I email the very same link and click on it, or copy & paste the link, the Shared Album opens as expected with no issues. Appears to be a bug!

The problem comes from how you copied the do ument in your Word document, it's not an Adobe problem.

In Word, you have to insert an HTTPs link, but you have to go to Microsoft.

Yves Crausaz  exactly how does one insert an HTTPS link into a Word document? I've worked with MS Office since 1993 and never encountered this issue. The link in the document works and is HTTPS, but the Adobe site is rejecting it as "unsupported" when launched from within the Word document. See screenshot in my post above.

Based on what you describe this does sound like it's probably an issue with word.
Would you mind adding http://lightroom.adobe.com/support/browserinfo to the word document and clicking on it, and sharing the "User agent" line for that (and compare that to just directly copying this link to Firefox).
I'm not sure we'll be able to find something or help, but if if there is a strange issue that might help understand why.

Alex, the User Agent line is identical when launched from inside a Word 2010 document or copy & pasted directly into FireFox browser. All other lines are also identical for both.

User agent:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

All other HTTPS links I tried work with no issues when launched from inside a Word 2010 document. Thanks for your help!
