I am running Lightroom Classic 9.1 on macOS Catalina.  I have imported hundreds of videos over the years.  Now all the sudden my videos won't load and Lightroom won't let me import new videos.  Any feedback would be helpful.

Is this new behavior timed with a recent Lightroom or Mac Catalina update?

It isn't clear whether you reset the preferences or not. Can you confirm?

Issue fixed!  Contacted adobe tech support via phone and they did a remote complete uninstall of the CC Suite and reinstall.

Hmmm... I would have thought your uninstall/cleaner work over the weekend would have taken care of that.  Glad you are able to work again on that computer.

First they went in and uninstalled everything.  Then they manually deleted every remaining auxiliary files for all CC apps such as plists.  Then reboot and reinstall.  I only did an uninstall and reinstall with the Cleaner tool but that still leaves some files behind so it needs to be done manually.
