Lightroom Classic 7.3.1: "Sync or copy/paste Develop Settings" function only applies on the first of a series selected photos

When I want to apply the same settings to a picture to all selected pictures (in this case a change in profile), only the first picture of the selected batch gets the change. All others do not. I tried it with selecting the one change in the panel and with all different settings, but with the same result.

Hi Frank,

You just need to turn on Auto Sync and it will work.

Hi Rick,
Thanks for solving this mistery, but it needs to getting used to. At this time I liked the copy/paste settings easier, but that's just me :)

Pasting settings to a series of pictures should work, but only when you are in grid view. When you are in a loupe view, so you see only one picture, it will paste to only that picture. That is the way it has always been, and is to protect you from making the mistake of pasting settings to hundreds of pictures because you didn't realise that you had so many pictures selected. When you turn on Auto Sync, that behavior is changed because you indicate with this setting that you do know you have multiple images selected.
