I am on a trial, uploading jpeg and a LOT of CR2 from my EOS 1000 files. All the Canon file get uploaded as jpeg only, downloading them again through lightroom.adobe.com only gets me the same jpeg. Where are the original CR2 files? Do they not get uploaded in the first place? I have never used CC before, only Lightroom 1-6 as a standalone installation. Creative Cloud without RAW files does not make sense at all....

Hmmmm, you should get both. Are you importing from a card reader, camera cable or hard drive?

Uploading from my QNAP NAS. When Lightroom CC prepares the CR2 RAWs for uploading the file info still says "RAW", but after syncing to the cloud has finished, it is jpeg only, the filename has changed from myfile001.cr2 to myfile001.cr2.jpg
I can not find a preference within CC so I guess is has to be a "nasty" bug that would cause severe data loss if I'd stick with Adobe and get rid of my current Photo Supreme + Flickr combo.

I haven't been able to reproduce this so far. Can I get you to copy a few of the pairs to your local drive and see if you get the same problem importing from there please? That'll give the engineers a place to start looking for the problem, if it is limited to importing from NAS.

Sorry for the delay, I have deleted all of my Lightroom CC testfiles (around 100GB) and cleaned the mess ACDSee Pro has left on my RAW+xmp files.

Re-uploading through Lightroom CC now saves all RAW files in the cloud, they can be downloaded from lightroom.adobe.com as well. I guess the raw+xmp, developed jpegs and obsolete xmp files confused the Lightroom CC importer?

Thanks four your offer to help me!!
