Lightroom CC: Sync problem

I edit photos in Lightroom on my iPad pro, it's connected through wireless whenever i can find a wireless connection if i'm outside, .. when i'm done editing sometimes it syncs if it had connection and sometimes it doesn't, coz i'm in a place without any connection to the internet, so i'm totally offline .. when i get back home few hours later and open LightroomCC on the iPhone or the Mac pro, it totally ignores all my iPad edits and overwrite them in the cloud also. so i totally lose all my iPad edits

even if i open the iPad and check my edited photos for like 3 seconds or so i see my edit, then it syncs from the cloud and overwrite everything i did and reset everything back to defaults

that's pretty annoying is there anyway around this problem ?

That would be annoying! I also edit on iPad pro. Are you reuploading the photos on your PC while you wait for them to sync from your iPad? I don't seem to have that problem

That does sound annoying, but I can't reproduce it either. Are these photos that were already uploaded to the cloud from another drive? Which device?  Or new photos?

And in LR iPad, can you tap the LR icon top left and go to About Lightroom and let us know which version you're on please? Same with the other devices (it's Help menu > System Info on the Mac Pro)?

A long shot, but have you checked the date/time is the same on all of the devices?

No i just open Lightroom on my iPhone and have a look at the photos i have edited and it's the default one, so i close the app, and go to my iPad pro and open the same photo, that i have edited few hours ago, .. so it looks fine and edited as i left it few hours ago .. but then it syncs again ... and it thinks the iPhone Unedited photo is the latest one and it will overwrite my iPad edit

and on my iPad i can see that happening in-front of my eyes, everything just get reset to defaults

(I THINK) it's not registering the timing of the edit. whatever device i open last, it thinks that's the latest thing and it will ignore anything i have done in any other device

Yes I'm running the latest version as you can see below, and yes i checked the date/time on all connected devices, all the same and all are set to auto select the time.
and i don't use Lightroom classic anymore so it's not a conflicts with any other software

and the photos are old imported photos from  long time ago so it's not like i'm importing them now and editing them now, no those have been there sense i moved them from Lightroom classic

When you open the app on other device make sure both are fully complete on syncs. If your internet connection is spotty the syncs may not be completing. I would do some deliberate testing with images that are copies or you don’t mind losing edits.

That does sound frustrating. Like Kelly suggested, I'd make sure the photos are fully synced, then go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and check the status of the photos there matches all of the devices. Then I'd try taking the iPad offline, editing a few photos and then bringing it back online and check that those edits safely sync back to the other devices.

Additionally, please install 3.3.1 which was released this week. There was a bug fix that went in that might affect your issue.
