Lightroom CC: Your Trial has Ended (Want to export albums back to classic) (Kivuto Redeem Code)

Went in to access some photos today to find myself blocked by a "Action Required: Your Trial Has Ended" message (which, interestingly, if you alt tab away from, freezes Lightroom CC).

After 56 minutes on remote chat, it became apparent that my redemption-code student & teacher version of creative cloud no longer includes lightroom CC. It's possible last year's redemption code, which expired in the last two days or so, did.

What's included in that license is an issue for my institution to deal with Adobe, but in the meantime I'm stuck with hours of work sorting photos etc and uploading into CC, which I will lose if I merely use the downloaded to take a dump of my previously-uploaded cloud files.

Because my "trial has now ended", I can't sync back to lightroom classic, as the feature is 'paused' and greyed out.

Can anyone suggest a way to retain my organised albums, other than paying for a one month license to Lightroom CC again?

Thanks @Jeffery, interestingly, logging on to lightroom CC today I don't have the trial ended message anymore. This could have something to do with the tech support rep's investigation into my account (or perhaps your own).

I'll take it as a temporary repreive and start a sync back to classic, but a possible solution could be to allow users to see what their Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition includes online - all mine says is (one-year, prepaid)‎ and an expiration date. No listing of included apps, services or storage (and as a sidenote, the online store from my institution where I purchased it provides no clarity either).

Looking forward to any other ideas you might have, thanks for your help.

That's correct. We extended the trial 30 days so you can sync and reorganize things. I agree the messaging could be more clear on our part, and from institutions who choose to not purchase and distribute codes. I have raised this issue with the teams that provide these codes.
