Lightroom CC: Memory Leak (Mac/El Capitan)

I have twice had my Mac stop Lightroom because it ran out of memory. This was doing the same operation, with both versions 2016.5.1 (latest as of 2016-05-08) and 2016.4.

I lost all my previews, and am trying to rebuild them. In both cases I selected every photo (about 100,000) and started to build Standard Previews and about 7,000 photos and started to build 1:1 previews. In both cases, I ran out of memory in a few hours.

I have an iMac Retina 5K 27-inch Late 2014 Macintosh with 32 GB of memory, running El Capitan 10.11.4.

The following screen shots are from the last time it ran out of memory, Lightroom version 2016.4.

I am at a loss as to how to build previews for my photos. Any advice is welcome.

Hi Alan, thank you for your help in providing the catalog and the images. We're able to reproduce the leak and it has been fixed for the next Lightroom update.
