Lightroom CC Local Adjustments Lost after returning from Photoshop CC Edit

I have an TIFF image with local adjustments in Lightroom.

1) Edit in Photoshop CC 2015...
2) Edit Original
3) Make some changes and return to LR
4) Local adjustments are lost even though they appear in history.

Tried GPU on/off to no effect.

This appears to be the same problem detailed here: (and claims to be fixed.)
