Lightroom CC: Not syncing properly

Well, TBH I'm getting tired of this Lightroom CC, calling this software final must be a joke. Besides having a "sync 2 photos" for almost one month on my Mac app, I've just found out that I have some photos that are not apearing in my Lightroom iOS app! They are synced to the cloud, and I can see them in the creative cloud app for iOS, so this is clearly a Lightroom iOS problem!

In the meantime I also lost edits also on Mac version of Lightroom (I'll create another thread for it)

This is really frustrating and annoying. How can I trust my files to this people?! How can I be sure that they did not lost some pictures when I migrated?! I found out that they marked some pictures as duplicates when they weren't, so this is a based suspicious!

I thought that no one could beat Apple Photos in the number of flaws, I guess adobe just did it! I want a refund

Sorry to hear you're having trouble Marco. Let's start with the basics. Can you please go to Help menu > System Info on your Mac and confirm which version you're running, and also tell us which OS version you're using.

If you go to https://lightroom.adobe.com can you see those 2 images? And is there's a sync errors tab on the right?  What does it show in there?

Well, you can skip the basics. All on latest versions

Also the app don't show the photos that are being "synced", If I alt click on the cloud icon the "sync photos" are empty.

Alt click on the cloud icon is outdated advice. It's been replaced by a proper Refine View filter for sync status now. Click the Refine View icon to the right of the search field and on of the pop-ups is Sync Status. Set that to Syncing to see what they can tell you.

And my other questions Marco? If you go to the web interface, what does that tell you about sync errors?

Web interface stays everything is synced..

Rikk, aren't you here for support? I want a refund also!
