I recently imported a group of 110 photos into lightroom classic. The photos were upside-down.  I inverted all at the same time.  Now when I try to ad a key words, all photos have the same key word.  I can see that the tag on each photo is added when I ad keywords to the first photo.  I am creating a sequencing problem by rotating all photos at the same time?

Hi Dudley, you still have all the photos selected, as evidenced by the white border around them in LR CC or by the lighter gray shade around the thumbnails in Classic. Go up to Edit>Select None (or Edit>Deselect - I can't recall which), or in LR CC scroll down to the bottom of the grid and click in the gray space, or in Classic click in the gray outside of a photo thumbnail - that will break apart the larger selection.  Note that in the title of the post you indicated "Lightroom CC" but in the body you indicated "Classic" - these are different programs now. Lightroom CC refers to the simplified cloud-based application.

Laura is right! Or just go to another folder or collection, then come back to the right one, that automatically selects only the first one in the folder or collection.

Thanks! I have followed her instructions and the keywords are OK.
