I am not sure that we already have this features in Lightroom CC or not. but I would like to see below features.

I frequently switch between Folders to Albums and Albums to Folder. and Develop module to Library module.

1. "Go to Album"
With the option "Go to Folder in Library", we can go directly to the folder location from anywhere. Similarly I want to navigate to the any Albums from an image in Folders / Collection.

2. "Publish Services" and "Folders" in Develop Module
We can use "collections" menu in Library and Develop modules.
Similarly I would like to add "Folders" and "Publish Services" to Develop Module. So I can only use Library module for Import / Export functions and for Metadata changes.

3. AirDrop to Quick send to the Phone:
If possible, please add an option to quickly send image to bluetooth devices or Iphone through Airdrop.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Folders in Develop Mode.

I might work in a strange way to some. But I only use collections for my final images. So therefore I would love to have the "folder" hierarchy visible in the develop mode.

The reason for me doing this is because I organize my images on a folder level. This way (god forbid) if my Lightroom Library gets corrupted, Lightroom gets discontinued, or for some reason I decide to use another application, I won't loose the fundamental organization of my images.

I really see this as an easy addition to make since there's already the ability to customize the panels in the different modes. The default could be that the folders are not visible in the develop mode unless you deliberately switch it on by right clicking and enabling it.

Please hit that like button If you would not mind this feature!

I see "Go To Album" option is already there from an image in folder. but it doesn't work if it is SMART Album.

As a somewhat inconvenient workaround, the Any Source plugin lets you change the current folder or collection from within Develop.

Thanks John. It would be great if you develop new plug in for "Publish Service" view also in Develop Module.

Then I don't have to switch to Library Module again and again.

The plugin's Find Folder Or Collection command also searches for published collections (collections published by a publish service).

John, thankĀ  you for the option. It's a start. At least this way what's displayed in the filmstrip can be chosen without having to change module. I like the search option. It would be great if the browsing window could be expanded. My paths are kinda long and there's no horizontal scroll bar.

I don't like to have to install AutoHotkey to use shortcuts. I was burned by that tool once. Never touch it again...

Still, I really think that enabling the folder view clickable in the develop mode is a 2 minute fix to implement.

I'll stay tuned and keep my fingers crossed that someone at Adobe actually reads this thread.
