Lightroom CC: Show the total number of images in filtered view

I'm using Lightroom CC on my 2 in 1 laptop. Everything sync'd fine and that's awesome BUT I have images with 5 stars and trying to get a count of how many and don't see a total selected anywhere to tell me how many I've culled. Am I missing it somewhere?

It's there on my iOS app but not on the laptop, not sure why they are so different or why so many features seem to have been forgotten for Windows users.

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for the feedback.  When you filter images, such as by 5-stars, Lightroom CC on the desktop does not currently show a total.  It's something that is on our list to get added.   I know I personally want it, so I'll keep advocating for this!

In the meantime, one workaround trick I've figured out is as follows:

1. Filter your images.
2. Select all (Ctrl+A)
3. Start to drag the selected images into an Album.  You don't need to actually drop them into an album, but the moment your mouse cursor hovers over an album, the cursor will show the number of how many images you have selected.

Hope that helps,
Becky
