Lightroom CC Classic Emailing issue

I'm a subscriber to the Photography Plan. I have rebooted my Win10 PC and opened Lightroom CC Classic from Creative Cloud. When I highlight an image in Library and go to File> Email Photo, the image does NOT appear in the attached file field. A student of mine with a PC is having the same problem. I also have a mac and do not have any problems seeing the image in the attached files field. It sounds like a Adobe/PC coding problem. Hope you have a solution.

I'm able to replicate the behavior in Lr Classic CC 8.0 on Win 10 by doing the following - 

1 - Select 5 images in the Library module.
2 - Click File --> Email Photo...
3 - The email dialog box comes up, but doesn't show anything in the Attached Files section.



4 - Clicking Send creates the images for export and adds them to the email, so at least in my configuration, this appears to be a UI problem that isn't affecting the actual functionality.

Lightroom Classic 8.3 was released today and contained a fix for this issue. Please update to 8.3 and verify that you are no longer seeing the issue. Thank you!

I updated to v8.3 and I am no longer seeing the issue. However, I did a test email to myself and have not received the image test yet. I use Microsoft Outlook. Any thoughts on this issue?
