Since I've upgraded both my Mac to High Sierra 10.13.1 and Lightroom from 6 to CC Classic the FTP upload form the web galleries do not work. A time out message is received and only a partial upload is possible.

I could upload a web gallary to an FTP server.
In the FTP set up screen, when you click Browser, are you able to see the ftp folder and its content?

Thanks,
Sunil

Hi Sunil,

I could indeed see the upload, however it was incomplete due to the timeout issue.

The only but frequently occurring log message on the server was:

FAIL MKDIR: Client "xxx.xx.x.xx", "/www/harschnitz.nl/LRGalleries/bame of gallery/assets/css"

I also notice a file in the FTP transferred files that is not in the original gallery nor in earlier and successfully FTP'd galleries with LR 6
This file is:  .DS_Store

Problem circumvented as follows: instead of direct FTP from Lightroom I exported the gallery to my Mac. Subsequently the gallery was uploaded with the ClassicFTP app to the website. To be sure I manually removed the .DS_Store files added by the HighSierra OS.

Ever since I upgraded to High Sierra my web-albums in Lightroom crash... Even without FTP... Need to hold down the powerbutton to crash-restart my mac.. Wish I never updated to this OS...
