Lightroom CC does not have a catalog, but a library. It's called 'Lightroom Library.lrlibrary' and the default location is your Pictures folder.

Vanessa, I'm really sorry to hear about this failure.

Here are the instructions to restore Lr to its regular state, and download the content from the cloud.

1) Quit Lightroom
2) Look in your ~/Pictures folder for a file called “Lightroom Library.lrlibrary"
3) Right-click it and choose “Show Package Contents”.
4) Find the folder inside with a long, cryptic string of numbers and letters (i.e “23b1c384s...”)
5) Delete any files that begin with "Managed Catalog". (e.g. managed catalog.mcat, managed catalog.mru, managed catalog.wfindex)
6) Launch Lightroom

This will then begin to download all your images from the cloud backup.

These are Mac instructions. Let me know if you are on Windows.
