Lightroom CC: Artifacts on ORF raw images

I'm seeing very strange artifacts on ORF (Olympus RAW) images in Lightroom CC 2.0. Red and blue dots, plus green lines/grids are visible when zooming into any ORF photo in my library. As the photo loads (presumably loading the full RAW image) different artifacting occurs. Performing any edits to the a photo also changes the artifacts.

Notes:
  • This is on a Late 2015 4K iMac with a Radeon R9 M295X graphics card, running macOS Mojave (10.14).
  • think this may have started sometime after upgrading to Mojave, but I'm not positive.
  • I've reinstalled Lightroom, Adobe Creative Cloud, and macOS itself to no avail.
  • The problem is present across every ORF file in my library. It is not present on any JPEG file.
  • Toggling the "Use graphics processor" setting doesn't fix it.
  • The same ORF files open fine in Apple Photos and other RAW image viewer applications.
  • The same files appear without artifacts on Lightroom iOS iPhone and iPad.
  • Exporting a JPEG from an affected RAW file does show the artifacts in the exported JPEG.
What in the world could be causing this? It seems like it must be some incompatibility between the macOS graphics drivers and Lightroom's RAW processing???

Could you share one such downloadable ORF raw file that exhibits the issue for us to investigate?

Sure. Here's the image from the video above.

Thanks. I am not able to reproduce the issue on my machine. I tried setting the camera profile to "Adobe Standard" and clicked the "Auto" to simulate what you did to the same photo shown in the video. I tried it in both LrCC and LrClassic. It appears that the raw file is fine.  Are there other develop settings that you have applied? It would be good for you to export the original along with the xmp settings out of LrCC and share that xmp sidecar file.

If you are not able to see the issue on iOS and iPad, I am wondering if it could be the bad display driver or some bad hardware.

Here's the XMP: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sh0au2rk45carsz/P9191037.xmp?dl=0

I haven't applied any specific settings to this photo — I just picked it randomly. As I said, every photo I have appears like this.

Thanks. I still could not reproduce the issue using your xmp as the sidecar file. Are you able to see the same issue if you open the ORF along with the sidecar file in Adobe Camera Raw plug-in (v 11.0) for Photoshop?

A really long shot, but can you please go to Help menu > System Info and post the contents? I'm particularly interested in which graphics processor is being reported, as I saw an odd case of Lightroom reporting the wrong graphics card.

@Simon Yes, similar artifacts do appear within Camera RAW when opening the same ORF into Photoshop. They're not exactly the same, which isn't super surprising given that even the zoom level in Lr will affect the exact artifact pattern. Again, this isn't specific to this ORF. Any ORF I pull from Lr into Ps displays similar artifacts.
