Last year you made an update to the import in Lightroom CC where an explorer box came up and you can choose your files like you do in all other programs. Then this import feature was removed and replaced with the old cascading folders. Please bring back the import option that opens up a box that allows you to choose what to import instead of just the cascading folders. If anything, give us an option to turn that feature on so that we can choose which import style we want to use. Importing my files is very annoying now, I hate it.

I agree. The cascading folders are a pain to navigate, and LR doesn't remember the last imported folder, so we have to open it all over again; It would be acceptable if it would just stay in the same location where all the directories to import are, and remember where the last import was and just go there again.

Exactly. I'm all for a compromise as well, put the option in the preferences so that we can choose ourselves which import method we can use. Or ask you upon first opening LR which import option you prefer.
