Lightroom: Allow syncing of settings / keywords

If I'm working in the field on a laptop, I'd like to be able to use the same keywords, tags and other metadata that my 'main' catalog has.

If I can sync this information then when I re-combine the laptop's catalog with the main one, I don't have to go through tagging & keyword cleanup.

Eiher sync settings through Adobe ID / Creative Cloud, or allow a simple 'export settings' and 'import settings' option.

I fully agree. I have been using Lightroom since LR1 and I am really fond of this software. Lightroom CC seems to me a huge step forward and I try to use it on my laptop for more than 2 months. However key-words are a serious issue. Compared to Lightroom Classic Lightroom CC handles key words very poorly and above all sync between LR Classic and LR CC doesn't really work for key words. For me this is a huge drawback and prevents me tu use LR CC efficiently on my laptop. I hope that Adobe will change his maind and reconsider key words in LR CC.

Do you really think that posting the same message in several very old threads -sometimes also off topic because the thread is about Lightroom Classic only- will encourage Adobe to take your request seriously? More likely they list you as spammer and ignore you.
