I am importing ALL of my photos from various sources and realizing that this process is revealing numerous duplicates.  It would be EXTREMELY useful for Adobe to add to Lightroom a feature giving users the ability to auto-select duplicates, and selectively delete them, or with a single click, batch delete all duplicates.

Before of wish this function, it will also be necessary to define on which criteria to be based to decide if several files photographs are doubloons.... Sometimes it is the same name of file in several files of the BONE, sometimes these same files are different 'developments ', for instance, one n*b and version colours etc....

THIS is a Windows problem, NOT a PS problem:

When duplicates happen, press control+Z to reverse the duplicate action.  Do it as it duplicates.  We do that in program coding too.
