Lightroom: Ability to export images with suggested information from map in metatdata and title.

My photo's are not geo-tagged by my camera and so I rely on using Lightroom's map to tag these photo's individually. When I try to export these photo's with their now geo-tagged city, country etc (which are still grey in the sidebar) in their title, nothing happens and the suggested data is not written to the metadata of the new file.
Rather than go through every single image and manually add their location (which has already been suggested) could there be a default to add this suggested information to the metadata and title of image?

Sigh, this is just one more consequence of the design decision to have the suggested locations be "not real" (gray). I think it would be better all around to simply allow users to confirm these locations in batch and convert them to be "real", as many have requested:

As far as I know, no apologist has provided a sensible rationale for the current design.
