Lightroom CC crashes for no particular reason, even when idle. version 7.3, win 10
only plugin is Topaz Glow, I do not use that in Lightroom either. Crashes are quite frequent

i have the same random crashes, and Adobe cannot be contacted. I am on the telephone waiting for a help-desk worker now for over 30 minutes now, just music. Who pays the ferry-man?

Hi Geoffrey & Han, sorry you're having trouble. I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports with either of your email addresses: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

I've been instructed to do this as well, but I'm stuck on the instructions to make the crash reporter dialog appear.
The last time I pointed this out, there was no response.
- Ctrl+click the Photoshop app icon and choose Show Package Contents.

Maybe this thread https://feedback.photoshop.com/photos... can give you a hint to avoid these crashes.
At least it worked on my system.
