Lightroom 6. Cannot turn People off, and even if I turn face detection off, it turns itself back on again. So stuck with a screen full of face stacks, and cannot do urgent editing on a complete set of pictures.

Ok have already had this explained to me - switch to Grid view. Somehow my new Lightroom 6 kicked me into People View, and, while switching to Grid view may seem obvious to many here, when I went to Help to find out what to do to extricate myself, it does not spell this out. I think it should.

This is such a simple solution - which someone should have answered before!   I have been stuck for several hours trying to figure how to turn PEOPLE face recognition OFF.   DUD
