Lightroom 6: Export of DNG at small size crashes repeatedly

Lightroom CC 2015 crashes when exporting a DNG at small size and low quality.

To reproduce:

1. Create a new catalog.

2. Import the following pic:

3. Export the pic with these settings:

Specific Folder
Image Format: JPEG
Color Space: sRGB
Quality: 6
Resize to Fit: 114 x 114 pixels
Include: All Metadata

The export completes without crashing when the size is increased to 115 x 115.

I can confirm this also happens in ACR 9.0 on Windows 8.1:

114x76 Save Image crashes Bridge.
115x77 Save Image produces the resulting tiny JPG.

On Windows it generates an error code 0xc0000005 which is an Access Violation or GPF.
