Lightroom 6.4 crash on preferences when Intel HD GPU support is enabled.

Lightroom 6.4 crashes on clicking Edit > Preferences with the message “Adobe photoshop Lightroom has stopped working”.

Running on Windows 10. Application log message included below references the Intel video drivers.

I have confirmed that the Intel video drivers are up to date but the problem persists. Problem does not occur if I disable AutoBahn GPU option however this renders develop performance too slow to be usable.

It hasn’t crashed on any other functions yet so it’s not a show stopper but any assistance in resolving would be appreciated.

Yes, as you can see, your Intel video card driver is crashing.
You need to update your video card driver from Intel's website.
If you have other GPUs in your system, make sure to update their drivers as well from their GPU makers' websites.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'd looked up similar errors and found the file references Intel's graphics drivers so I've already updated them to the latest available on the Intel website: Dated: 21/12/2015 Ver: 10.18.10.4358

There's also no other video cards present in this system.

Regards,
Chris
