lightroom 6.13 perpetual license unhandled exception

While app running but PC unattended, returned to find "unhandled exception" form Windows/.Net. Allowed crash dialog to start my VS2010, and got source dump from it. Can't find bug report, so reporting here. Don't need solution now, just pass along to app developers. Only recent change was to install Dxo PhotoLab trial (and LR integration), then later  uninstall it (PL).
