I updated from 5 to Ver6.12 yesterday and I  discovered when in develop mode the photo distorts and breaks up when I adjust any of the sliders ie. Highlights, shadows, blacks etc in the basic panel. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix ?
Sorry if this has been posted before.

Please follow https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html to keep your GPU driver up-to-date. Also try to turn the GPU acceleration off to see if it is helpful.

Hello Simon, and thank you for the reply and information.
I had already tried deselecting  Use Graphic card processor, but it didn't help, also I updated to the latest video card driver. Now, what I have discovered, if I hit update in the Transform panel, that makes the fault happen and when I go back to default it stops !   I use Olympus Cameras and lens, so I'm wondering would the fault be in the camera/lens profiles.

I see, you are applying Upright, which could fail on some photo because the automatic method could fail. I am happy to investigate the issue further if you can share the raw file online somewhere. It is likely an image specific issue.

I don't think it has anything to do with the raw file, if I leave the file and move to another, then come back to the original file, the problem has gone !
Iv'e been using  lightroom since version 3 and never had anything like this before.
I do think it's version 6  is the problem !

Anyway thanks for your help and I hope Adobe can come up with a fix, mind you there's not much time left for updates or fixes for 6.13.
I'll just have to try and not use update in the Transform panel.

One other thing, a few of my Olympus M4/3 lens profiles have stopped showing in the lens corrections panel ver6.13. So all in all, this version is not doing a great  job...   Pity as I liked LightRoom.
