After Win 10 Creators Update 1703 everything in Lightroom 6.10.1 works - as far as I can see - but.... import and folder synchronisation is not possible. If I start for example synchronisation in a specitic folder with click on the right mouse button, system shows the number of new files and the import option. If I click "synchonisation" the progress bar top left run to the end but nothings happend. If I click where ever I wont in the software windows the status line at the top "Lightroom Catalog - ..." add "(Keine Rückmeldung)" = no feedback. Than it is not possible to operate in Lightroom.

A new installation of Lightroom do not help. Also with a new catalog the problem is still there.Today I go back to the older Windows build - and: everything works fine!

Reinstallation of LR uses the old Preferences file, which may be corrupt and causing this issue. Try resetting the LR Preferences file as outlined at the below link. Rename the file, which will allow you to restore it if the issue persists.
