Lightroom 6 does not import the whole picture: a jpg (size: 11132x7341; 13.7 MB) produced with Autopano Giga and completly visible on my iMac if I use the previewmode, is slightly turned and cut on all 4 sides. Looking at the Metadata the picture is not reduced. But neither in the library mode nor in the development mode the picture appears complete. Most of my other pictures (including pictures which were generated in the same way) are fine.

It sounds like either your Lens Corrections - Manual - Scale and Rotate aren't 100 and 0, or your Crop and Straighten-Angle aren't full-image and 0.

Have you checked both of these? It may be that LR is picking up from metadata that is embedded in the output JPG from one of the input JPGs by APG.
