Lightroom 5 looses synced collections after a week

I have Ligtroom 5 and use the photography plan with Photoshop and Lightroom. I upload / sync my collections to Lightroom mobile and after a week or two the collections disappear. If I click on collections it says I have no collections.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you connect a new catalog to your account? Just asking since the Lr Mobile service only supports a single catalog and normally Lr Desktop comes up with a caution alert.

HI, No I use the same catalog and inside that catalog under collections I have 5 collections that I upload.

When I look at the back-end of your account I see 2 collections listed. Does that reflect your collections which you have enbabled for sync in Lr Desktop. If so, are these collections visible within Lr Mobile when you trigger a re-sign-in. -Guido

Hi Guido, yes they are visible on my Ipad and IPhone as well as on the website login of creative cloud. Then after e few weeks it tells me I do not have any collections. This I snow the third time it happened.
