Have attempted to load update 5.7.1 several times for LightRoom 5. Each time it simply quits a different stages of the download process. It does not provide any warning or error. I have tried uninstalling LR-5 and starting from scratch, but the same result, at approximately 70% of the download, it just quits. Is LR-5 no longer supported. I also go to the web-site and it seems to be pushing very heavily the month to month cloud based product, rather than individually based PC users. Also during the re-install, at no time does it ask for my customer owner serial number.
