Lightroom 2nd display locked to tether preview

Our company recently implemented LR for live capture shooting. We are working in teams, where our photographer is shooting, and a retoucher is editing their images live as they come in. The trouble now is the photographer almost never sees the images they are shooting. We have "Auto Advance Selection" turned off so that it doesn't interrupt the editor, which leaves the photographer shooting blind.

I need a solution to allow the photographer to always see their latest image. Ideally, I would like to add a second monitor (or iPad) that only shows the latest image capture. However, I can't seem to find a solution for this. Is LR mobile capable of doing this? If so, can someone point me to a proper tutorial or spell it out for me?

Thanks for the help!

You can also consider using Lightroom's Auto Import feature (https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/help/import-photos-automatically.html) in additional to the tether capture. The photographer can have his/her computer doing tether shooting using Lr. The retoucher can work on his/her computer with the main catalog and continue editing the auto imported photos. The photos can be put on some shared folder accessible to both computers.
