Lightroom 2015.3 Win and full-screen preview on multiple monitors

I have three monitors connected to my PC -- two Dell 30" monitors (one DVI and one Display Port with a converter to DVI) and a 1080p SamSung TV connected to the HDMI port. The DVI Dell (#3 in Windows) is the Windows primary display, the second 30" DisplayPortDVI display is #1 in Windows and the Samsung HTMI TV is #2. The video card is an NVidia GTX-980.

When I use full-screen preview, the preview always comes up on the Samsung TV. I assume that Lightroom is simply choosing monitor #2, but Windows gives me no control over the numbering of the monitors. Presumably the NVidia display driver is controlling that.

I could switch the two Dell monitors but that's swapping #1 and #3 and won't help.

From perusing these forums, I see many similar complaints -- that Adobe Lightroom doesn't let one choose the monitor used for the full-screen display. The first complaints are from 2009.

As a work-around, I do use the "full screen preview" in a Windows but I have to manually set that up on the second monitor each time I start Lightroom and I can't get rid of the Window decorations (it won't go full-screen).

Please fix this bug!
