Lightroom 2015.12 doesn't display info overlay data for files added via tethering

And it won't display it until I quit LR and restart it.

Another problem I've discovered with the info overlay data is that it moves to a different position on the screen after you've viewed an image at a different size.  Usually, it just moves in from the left and down from the top a ways.  However, right now it is centered at the bottom of the window!  First time I've seen that.  I'd better grab a screen capture while it's there.

Michael, I just tested with Win 10.
Tethered Capture Canon 5d Mark II
Tested in Loupe View
Tested in Develop View
Tested Portrait and Landscape images

Info overlay appears in both views as soon as the tethered capture renders.  All three states of the Info panel (1,2, Off) work.  The Info overlay is consistent in placement (upper left).

As discussed in your other thread, I think you have a video driver issue. 
If you've confirmed with the video card manufacturer that you have the latest driver, the next step is to reset your preference file. Have you done these?
