Photoshop CC: Lighting Effects gives out of RAM message

I Use Photoshop CC, wnen I click on Filte---Render---Lighting Effects, it appears a waring:
could not complete the Lighting Effects because there is not enough memory(RAM).
My Memory Usage is: Available RAM 1641 MB, Let Photoshop use 1443 MB (91%).
What is wrong with me, please help

That isn't much RAM, and I hope you mean GB, not MB.

Also, Lighting Effects uses 3D features -- so your video card capabilities are important.

Have you installed the 14.1.1 update to Photoshop CC?

Also be sure you are running latest GPU driver for your machine.

(1) I use Photoshop cc 14 not 14.1.1
(2) I am also running GPU.

Install the update to Photoshop 14.1.1.
And if you are on Windows, update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website.

I don't know, I have 12GB of RAM and I still get the message. So...phooey. I guess only an accident of fate will allow me to enjoy that feature.

I just installed *GB because my 4GB wasn't enough. If your 12GB isn't enough then we are both  out of luck, I can however use the 3D tool from the top menu but not the lighting effect from filter
