Look at https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/filter-effects-lighting-does-not-work-on-dyna...

space 3D new open....

PS 20.0.4 on macOS 10.14.3

PS 20.0.4  macOS 10.14.3

And shit, this filter jokes again
Photoshop 20.0.4 You have to add errors in this filter that had been corrected in Photoshop version 20.0.3 .... I am furious, you have redneck as testers.

So here is the new problem:

Alors voici le nouveau problème :

Basic document available on WE transfert: https://we.tl/t-rRijEqUsxC

I launch the filter, the 3D environment is displayed and this dialog opens:

Why this dialogue concerning the color profile of IBL.tiff, I do not know this file ???

I close this dialog (click on OK)

Je ferme ce dialogue (clic sur OK)

Normal display and normal function.

Affichage normal et fonction normale.

I close the filter (click OK)

Je referme le filtre (clic sur OK)

And again this dialog box with the same file that does not have the right color profile.

This kind of retro-pedaling is not going to stop the problems .....

The passage through the 3D space is slow when you see it when launching the filter and this message is displayed only if in the preferences.

Hi Yves,

Thanks for bringing this back up. When I open your sample file, and open Lighting Effects, I don't see the same profile mismatch dialog that you're seeing.

Have you tried restoring the Photoshop preferences yet?

Reset Photoshop preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-trouble-shooting-steps.html#prefs

See if that helps at all.
Regards,
Pete

Always the same, after reset
The problem is this file:

Toujours pareil, après reset.
Le problème est ce fichier :

If I uncheck the colorimetric processing parameter, choice when opening, this dialog box does not open, but then it will not open either when in another job, it would be desirable that it opens!

Why, it worked very well with the previous version PS 20.0.3 and now we realize that we go through the 3D environment, or that it is not hidden?

Thanks for the added detail. It looks like I'm able to reproduce this if I change my RGB Working Space profile to ProPhoto RGB instead of SRGB.

If I change the profile in Color Settings to SRGB, you won't see this profile mismatch dialog when opening Lighting effects.

If you do the same, does it fix it for you?

We've been using the 3d workspace for Lighting Effects for several versions now, so I'm not sure what would have changed in this space aside from your color management settings being non-default.

Let me know if this helps.
Regards.

All my photos that are open in PS come from LT Classic 8.0.4 and are therefore managed in PS ProPhoto, to be in continuity, because repatriated in LR Classic. And if I set SRGB in the PS default settings, this dialog box opens every time I open an image from LR! So what to choose? With the same color profile definition, in PS 20.0.3 no problem with this file!

Copy of my color settings. Is there something wrong?
