Library recognises my Lens, Develop does not

Looking for some LR6 help if I may...

Took a batch of images of my football team, all in JPEG. Went into LR6 to develop them; by which for my football JPEG's this amounts to:-
a) employ Lens Correction,
b) remove CA and
c) Add watermark when exporting

Problem is; while in Library mode I can see the lens used - but when I switch to Develop mode LR says it cannot recognise the lens!

Further, if I try to select manually the choice of lens makers is very limited (does not include PK) and though Tamron is listed - it only offers me the 28-75mm though I had used the 70-200mm f2.8

Can anyone shed any light as to what I am doing wrong??

Most lens correction profiles are for raw files, not jpeg files. That is why your lens profile is not automatically selected in the Develop module: it does not exist for jpeg.
