Almost all Canon RF lenses have embedded lens profiles. Those profiles are always applied (you could not even turn that off if you wanted to) and it means that Adobe does not have to produce their own profiles for these lenses.

Hey Johan! I have the RF 50 and RF 35 and it doesn't lens correct for those lenses. Just says "Unable to locate a matching profile automatically." My Lightroom is the most current version and my in camera lens profile corrections are on. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

See my answer in your other thread. You have to uncheck the 'Enable Profile Corrections' box, because the embedded profile is already applied. This box is to enable an Adobe created profile, and that profile does not exist because Adobe did not create it (because it is not needed).

This is not correct. The RF lenses do not have embedded profiles. It’s easy to see by looking at the photos taken with them, and by comparing them with something like Digital Photo Professional where a profile is available. Also if they had embedded profiles that would be indicated in that section of the Lightroom UI.

Lightroom does have a profile for the RF 24-105 f4, but is seems that profiles for the other RF lenses have yet to be added.

Why is this question marked as answered when it is not?

LR/Camera Raw only includes the profile for the 24-105 F4, saying that it includes the profile for the 35/50/85/28-70 is not true.

It is getting annoying Adobe skipping these profiles while other products like capture one include the correction for these lenses.

Looks like the latest updates for Lightroom & Camera Raw have added profiles for additional RF lenses:
