Most lens profiles are only for raw format files. There is a distinction because many cameras already make corrections to the camera-JPGs, but the raw data is direct from the sensor so has no corrections applied.
The short list is because you're currently adjusting a non-raw file, such as a JPG or TIF.
If you work with raw files from your Leica you'll see three different Leica types listed.
If you're sure you want the raw-format corrections applied to JPGs, it is possible to hack a raw-specific lens profile to work with non-raw images, by editing a copy of the profile in a text editor, changing the raw flag from flag True to False and saving the copy in the user-profiles area.
