Legitimate Disk?

I recently purchased used Photoshop CS6. It installed properly but unable to register as it is already registered. Seller evasive on license transfer. The disk is not a burned ROM but a genuine looking product. Looking closely at the data side, there are holograms around the core reading: “91055319 space ARVATO space ++ space 77198222 spaces IFPI LB41”. Arvato not only produces disks for some companies but they also manufacture quality equipment to produce copies. Do I have the real thing or a pirated copy?

If the serial number is already registered, and the seller will not transfer the license - then you got ripped off.

Thanks for the reply but I already know that. What I am looking for is whether legitimate Adobe disks have holograms around the center showing Arvato. I am told that there should be hologram information showing Adobe without ant reference to the Arvato company. I hope a few owners would take a look at their install disks. Might very well help others not getting ripped off. Thanks,
