Leftover row of pixels when zooming

When zooming an image that extends the border of the visible area sometimes a row of pixels from the previous zoomed image. It will painted over eventually by zooming some more or when moving the image so that this pixel row will be repainted by the window background.
Enabling GPU usage doesn't seem to influence this.

(Note the top row of pixels that show white pixels from zooming in and out again. It's where the tower and the flag pole was in the zoomed image.)
